Educational & Domicile Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with working knowledge of Urdu.
- Domicile Mandate: Applicants must possess a valid J&K Domicile Certificate issued by the Revenue Department before July 15, 2025.
Age Relaxations (as of January 1, 2025)
- SC/ST/RBA/ALC/IB/OBC/EWS: Up to 43 years
- Physically Challenged Persons: Up to 42 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Up to 48 years

Qualifying Threshold: 40% overall for OM (33% per section); 35% for reserved categories
